      On October 4th my trash wasn’t picked by this company. After noticing it was I begin to call the company I called for
      hours straight and no answer and left messages. Finally close to their closing time I was able to reach someone I let her know the situation and said she would contact the driver and she would give me a call . So she never called back that evening or that morning I called several times to reach some and then finally an answer she told me the driver said my trash can never wasn’t out there which wasn’t the truth. I told her that and implied again that she would contact the driver. From Wednesday til Friday I called letting them know my trash wasn’t picked up and showed no concern at all only an argument about she has told them and they gone fit me in and she not in control of the driver. I asked who was no answer and I also also asked if this was you wouldn’t you be upset knowing you have no where to put another weeks of trash bc they didn’t pick up The week before no answer. Today is October 10th and trash still haven’t been picked up by this company since the week before October 4th . This company have no compassion or no concern for their customers at all. Wr pay $75 quarterly to have pick up and they then lie abt picking it up and then refuse to come pick back up. I’m furious and she overwhelmed with the hassle I have to go through with this company and employees with no solution !!!

      The Can at this address was not out there when the driver went through that morning. When I called her to let her know on several occasions nobody answered and her mailbox was full (which I did let her know.) So when she called back a couple of days later I informed her of what the driver said she is the one that started yelling not me. All I did was listen to her rant then she got mad because she thought I hung up on her and I said ma'am I.m still here. We do not send a truck back to an address who did not have the can out there when we came through. We have a schedule that we have to keep just like every other service out there not to mention the cost of fuel. I f it had been a mistake on our part we would have gone back out there but it wasn't. And at no time will I let someone cuss at me or degrade our company for something that they did or didn't do. I will tell them to have a nice day and end the call.
