We do not refund the price paid for septic pumping or septic cleaning, as it is a regular maintenance procedure and by itself may or may not fix a septic problem. Our crews are professionals and let you know if they see an issue that may cause trouble down the road or that you need to have repaired right away. We do not repair or contract for new installations but will refer you to a reputable company.
