  I've known of this company for many years. Their reputation in the community is exceptionally positive. The office staff is friendly, very informative and responds to requests in a timely manner. The technicians arrive at the job in marked vans and uniforms. Quality work and professional behavior. Would highly recommend.

  I had the best experience using Mr. Handyman of Mooresville, Lake ******, Concord. Great communication and friendly staff. They were able to come fairly quickly to hang a very heavy mirror that needed to be hung professionally and curtain rods installed in my bedroom. They showed up to my house in a clearly marked van and their technician was dressed in uniform too. Being home alone, I felt very safe knowing exactly who was at my front door. He did a fantastic job hanging both my mirror and curtain rods! When he was done, he left both areas very clean, no mess whatsoever. I highly recommend them! We will definitely use them again!

  Horrible customer service specifically from the owner, listed as *** on the website, was terrible. My elderly mother and I met the owner to issue final payment for services rendered, after being subjected to his tirade over the phone. After inspection of the work, which was not up to par at all, I asked my mother to just pay him the balance due, so we could just move on from him and his company. Upon payment the police arrived. He had called the police, for what reason none of us, including the police know why. Upon discussion, it was discovered that *** had portrayed the property as one of his rental properties, it is not. After this fact was established, the police were informed that there were no threats issued and no crime had been committed and said this was a civil matter. *** wanted to settle the matter between us and avoid court, since we were there to give him his final payment. We made the payment, my elderly mother gave him a lecturer about customer service and he left. I would not recommended any minority to use this particular MrHandyman franchise. The owner seems to be very uncomfortable dealing with individuals that do not look like him. I plan on informing everyone I know, not to use this company. With me and my family being from the area. growing up here and working in the area, I believe we can enlighten many potential customers, enough of which should have an impact on this business.
