  Terrible company! Did not get the start up email put in correctly after several tries until finally they did it manually (Had to pay half up front). Ten it took three weeks to schedule the repairs (They won't schedule until after you pay half). Then did not show up on scheduled date, did not call and took half the day to reschedule. Finally the next scheduled date they showed up 5 hours late, again no call, nothing. Each time I called them they were rude, unapologetic and did not care that I wasted two days going over to the house at 7:30 a.m. They did however invoice me immediately after the work was completed. The guy who actually did the work was very nice and knowledgeable

  This company is the worst, I worked for them for 3 months, they fired me because I did not finish a job before I went on vacation, sounds reasonable right? Except they had me working on a home renovation ALONE, sure they sent help, but the help couldnt even read a tape measure so it was just me, but the whole time they told me how great I was, I would be getting a fat raise, I was the best employee they had, then when its time to get my raise, benefits, 401k etc that they promised, they made a bs excuse and fired me. Most there crew have serious drug issues with one guy doing dope on Site, but he is still working. There work *****, **** and his wife are horrible and I believe theres something wrong because every credit card they use is under different company names, there a scam And theres honest hard working companies that you will be happier with, STAY AWAY!!!!

  Shady company that worked on a pre sale house in which it needed repairs. We reached through our realtor about the work needed fixed and *** came out and the work was terrible and had to call out another crew to fix work that wasnt up to code. Long story short , I have reason to believe, that RTC has the proper boots on the ground to fix the work properly. My wife and I along with the realtor asked around about RTC service and found a lot of discerning information about RTC and other sister companies or whatever they are or were . Stay clear of RTC because it can cost you more than double because of lack of proper work crews.

  Terrible. As a former employee, they have no competent crew members and cut as many corners as they can at your expense to get the job halfway done 6 months after they told you it would be finished. Management is completely clueless. And they do not get permits for most jobs as well as not doing jobs up to code. Terrible company. Word of advice from someone who worked there they are unsafe and provide terrible prices and services they have no business doing. Having unlicensed people handle electrical wires and when concerns brought up brushed aside. You safety as a customer is not a priority at all with this company. Call someone else or dont say I didnt tell you so . Many lawsuits to come for this company
