      RATING ZERO for these people, stay away.In mid 2020, we were introduced to ******************************* "BUILDER" by a realtor in *********** whom knew his "work" and sold real estate built by him, her name is "****************************" presently working at ******************* Realtors - ************************* in ***********. Subsequently we met ***** (*****) ********, *********************************** business bookepper and office financial manager and a man by last name "JUSTICE" carried on the business for ******************************* for Smoky Mountain Log and Timber Homes and Smoky Mountain ******************* Inc.It is hard to believe they are still operating under different aliases and under different business names. They hurt us by using our funds paid to them, disbursed to him to buy our large order pano view windows, pay subcontractors and to buy other materials. Our home construction was delayed on many occasions while they lied to us and scamming us and others. We lost thousands and thousands of dollars during this process and they never returned our money. Later we were told by locals and several people close to this case, they hurt many other people in the area embezzling over 1.0MM- 1.5MM for his own use or to buy AirBnB homes in other members of his family or other businesses names. Worse yet it happened many times before in the past, same scam targetting on new comers from out of state.These people are unscrupulous immoral people and we are victims along many other, we have collected a list of names and families that were victims of their enterprise, lies, and scams.       We agree 100% with ************ We too were victims of ******************************* "builder", in 2020-2021 time frame. He is a pathological liar and this is not excluding his office staff who is all in on it as well. He under bid our home build and delivered sub par materials. Once we committed we were asked for more money to "keep the job" going. Any sub contractors out there knows he does not pay them and will not work for him.

      *******************************, a "builder" who owns this business under several names, is a criminal. He stole money from his clients, vendors and subcontractors in 2021-22, including myself. He has a criminal past stealing from clients and then going out of business multiple times in *********** and *******************. ******* and ******* counties are both trying to prosecute him. He takes client deposits and material down payments and pockets them, theres no way he could have mis-managed all the money he stole. He under bids the job, his history with subs is sketchy and sub-standard so that progress is non-existent and they end up threatening the client for money. Many people I've talked with who associated with him as vendors, distanced themselves. Do not believe this criminal he is an expert liar.
