      On 2/2/25 I took my vape which I bought at Lola's into lola"s to get new tanks for it. I showed it to the employee who sold me a pack of 3 tanks he said were for my vape for $20. I also bought some vape juice for $20. When I got home I put juice in 2 of the tanks and put on 2 of my vapes. They did not work. They were the wrong tanks and even looked different than my old ones. The next day I took them back and it was a different employee working. This one was very rude and did not even speak to me. I told him I was given the wrong tanks for my vape and he said he can't do anything about it or exchange them. I told him it was the fault of the employee though since he gave me the wrong ones and I can't use them. He said he still isn't going to do anything about it and said he could exchange the one that wasn't opened. He gave me one in exchange for it and he gave me the same wrong tank I was given the day before. I told him this and he said it was the right one for my vape. I put it on and showed him it didn't work. He said I don't know how to work my vape. I've had the vape 6 months and i can work it fine and showed him the old tank worked fine on it but not the ones they gave me. He said it's the right tank. I asked him to make it work then and he told me to leave. I have no money to buy the right tanks somewhere else and can't use the 3 they sold me
