      I was invited by *** for an interview. Knowing I would be driving for 8 hours the day prior to the interview, they called to reschedule when I was 4-5 hours into my drive. I had to turn around and go back. They rescheduled for the following weekend and advised me that if I was unable to get a refund on my expenses related to the cancellation, to let them know and they would reimburse me for those expenses. I contacted the hotel, however, because the cancellation was the same day, they would not refund my stay. I let *** know as they requested, several times, and they have not responded or offered to cover the reimbursement as they initially indicated. The expenses I incurred as a result were for the hotel, travel, childcare and the time off of work I had to take. *** has not responded to even a basic email at this point after they rescheduled due to their planning issues.
