    I have had a frustrating experience with this club. I live in ** for 6 months and in **** during the summer and fall months. I joined the club last year, stopped the membership in June when I left ** and never stopped in to the gym to restart in January. The club automatically restarted the membership without my permission as I never stepped into the gym in 2025. Someone named ****** called me, I sent a text message that I joined another gym, but the billing continued until I finally received some notice that it will expire July 1, 2025. In effect, the gym received 6 months of my money without my consent. I finally got feedback when I emailed the manager, have spoken with no one and dont care to. A terrible way to run a business. If you are a member and leave, make sure you get in someones face to terminate or they will string you along.******* ******

    This gym told me when I signed up in May of 2023 that it'd be a one year contract. It is now August of *********************************** I have asked them multiple times to stop. They emailed me and said I am obligated to continue paying until October of 2024. I did not sign up for that. This company are money hungry and have poor business practices (boarder line scammers). Also as far as what they offer and the price they are not worth it. Horrible gym.

    The manager had my husband and I signed a year contract know we only agreed to one year then I called to cancel months before time and they ignored it still charged my husband account and refused to let us out of the contract. They even had the phone call in their notes time and dates they spoke to me.

    My 16 and 15 year olds signed up about two weeks ago , was ensured how safe the facility was after hours as they are allowed to come unoccupied by an adult , within the first week after hours on a Saturday my son without awareness ****** off some man by walking in his space and I get a desperate call from my son that a man is going to hurt them , I heard screaming from a gown man and I almost called 911 . I immediately requested the membership to be terminated and I have not received one call from someone higher up than the gym manager . I was promised a call 2 Days ago crickets . The manager ***** returned a single text to me since he told me I would be getting a call . These people do not care about the safety of their gym members and their so Called video surveillance has no Audio ! This man could have hurt my Children and they keep giving me The run around that I Can use another gym clear out on the other side of town ! Do not do business with them ! I will be seeking a lawyer for counsel given the gravity of this situation if I Do not get my wishes of ending the contract handled.
