      This company does not care about its residents. When it comes to maintenance requests, pest control or anything else you may need, they make it seems like its no big deal and theyll get around to your request. How is it that ever single time I call to put in a request for pest control that my apartment IS 100% OF THE **** MISSED. When I have a maintenance issue they take their time with coming to assist me. I had no power in my apartment one night when I came home from work and no one assisted me for 14 hours. WTF am I supposed to do? Shower in the dark?! This company needs to put the needs of the residents first and stop neglecting them

      Mallard ***** future residents, make sure you take the time out & read your lease agreement. *************** informed my brother that his deposit was going to be $300 & had him to sign an agreement without reading the lease. She informed him to come back tomorrow with an additional payment which wasnt agreed upon prior to the signing the portal. She deliberately didnt tell him the correct amount of the security until the very next day after signing the agreement the day before. I was informed the property manager was available so we proceeded to the office. She had us wait in the lobby for 30 mins & had one of her constituents greet us staying she would not be able to meet with us to rectify this situation. Ms. ****** is the only professional & showed empathy towards the situation. However, I going to contact the ************************************ & the regional manager regarding **************** misleading applicants until the portal is signed then acts totally oblivious when questioned. The property ************************** are very unprofessional & deceitful. The property manager refused to meet with us although she was sitting in her office on the computer stating she was about to have a Christmas party in two hours. Please dont be a victim like my brother whom is out of $1500 & get totally ignored by MANAGEMENT. Definitely contacting the BBB

      I love the property and location! However, 3 months of dealing with german cockroaches, neighbors letting their dogs p*** on sidewalks and grass, trash piling up at trash bins and of course the constant raising of rent hundreds each and every year??****************** is right on review belowShe states new rental offer is only good one year! Even during Covid they were raising rent hundreds each year!Pool lights have been off for months, swing has been needing attention, as well as huge stains on couch in their $$$$$$ multi million dollar clubhouse??So dont get too cozy??

      Do not rent from these properties. They are the largest rental property in ********** ** and they are out to make as much money as they can. They won't put additional trash receptacles to accommodate all residents so trash and bugs accumulate. They pressure wash with bleach that slowly kills small state protected birds in awnings. They won't accommodate any hardships and raise yearly rents hundreds of dollars at a time (even during covid). Their pool is constantly closed and will let anyone rent then complain that grounds are mismanaged by residents. They had people come in to my apt to renovate before my vacate date so they could turn my apt before regulation. Save yourself the hassle of being a regular resident. New offers of discounts will only last upon move-in. Then it will become new people rule, reg residents can **** it.
