    CFPUA has charged me with a $200 deposit because they had to cut my water off twice this past year due to they would not change my due date to after i get my SS check which is my sole income and not that much. they also changed the due dates to once a month in place of once every two months but the price of the services went from what it was for two month to same price for once month service. so it became harder to pay on time and i am not only a senior citizen but i am also disabled. i have not choice but to use them as it is the only company and i have lived on same home for over 30 years. i feel it is a senior fraud situation and a action on a disabled person. my name is **** ******* and i live on **** ***** ** in *********************
