Called this company to get a quote for toilet replacement. As we have a rule get three quotes before we decide what and who to choose to do the job. After calling 6 companies that day, out of the six three informed me of a fee at time of inspection. One just sent a quote via email. Then Bodenheimer DID NOT say anything about a fee. We did not find out about the fee till after the job was performed. Please ask if there is a fee for your own sake or you will be paying a $100 at the time of service. I would not recommend this company. That was a dirty trick. I spoke with ******** and she did not inform of this cost.

I am sorry for the confusion with the way we set up your call. They are always supposed to let our customers know up front. We will credit back your card. We are short handed this week which is why we have not reached back out yet. Please let us know if we can help with any of the issues our Technician found.
