      No follow through. Original estimate was wrong. ******* made it right except they put the downspout on the wrong side of the roof. The roof slopes on the left and now when I get heavy rain I have a waterfall. I contacted ******* and he said he would make it right. He is impossible to get in contact with. Either he says he is sick or doesn't return calls or text. He told us that when they installed the gutters they would come back and clean them. I sent ******* a video of the waterfall coming of my roof and he said he would install a downspout where it should have been, it never happened. I had another gutter I wanted to replace but after this I'll find someone more reliable.
