      In 2020 they did shingle replacement due to hail. When they started to put the new shingles on they had replaced several sheets of plywood but didn't nail them down. This caused the roof to look wavy. The ice and water shield was installed wrong causing water to get in. This caused us to replace 7 sheets of plywood. Drip edges were reused. The only reason we found all this is we had hail damage to those shingles and are getting replaced now. I am asking for a $5000 refund. I have reached out to the company but haven't received a response

      Two out of three dormers that I am aware of are leaking after shingle replacement. It is leaking down onto my living room sheetrock which has stained bubbled and paint peeled. Also had water running onto my $750 living room carpet along with a $2,000 couch. I have contacted the company 4x with regards to my shingle warranty and keep getting told I will be put into that department and contacted back with no results thus far. I am concerned about mold and the appearance of my living room along with the health of my family with my fiance having asthma. Expect the dormers to be sealed up correctly. The sheetrock to be repaired and replaced along with any mold mitigation.
