    Sold me a vehicle for $30,000 that they know had transmission problems. Their service department never wanted to work on the vehicle that I bought from them. Had both my ***** suburban oil changed here and they put the wrong oil filters and not enough oil in the vehicles. Over $260 waisted on that when it only costs me $90 for the oil and filters to do both of them myself at home. *************************** lacks good communication skills. You'll be lucky to get a call from them after a week of reaching out to them. If you get a call at all and they'll lie and say they tried when you haven't even received a call from their dealership at all. If they were all about the customer they would be upfront and honest about their services and products. Not very happy, very disappointed in this company. They are always hiring and can never seem to keep employers it seems too. I will never shop at this dealership again.

    We have reviewed our records on this guest and we have determined the following.  

    Our records do not indicate the vehicle has ever had a transmission problem diagnosed by Bismarck Motor Company.  The selling price was $28,900 plus any applicable taxes, license fees, registration and documentation fees + optional vehicle service agreement and/or Guaranteed Asset Protection plans the customer may have purchased.  This vehicle was represented as a used "As-Is" pre-owned vehicle with no warranty provided by the dealer with appropriate waivers and disclosures signed. Our records show we also replaced a battery at no charge after the date of the sale of this vehicle. 

    We have also reviewed both oil change invoices on his Chevrolet Suburban and the correct oil, filers and quantities were used for this vehicle. The first oil change total with tax was $123.14 and the second one was $135 .21 with tax. The increase was due to oil cost increase, if any customer decides to do services at home it would be cheaper due to the fact we charge labor to do the job as any shop does.

    ************** was in contact with service about his oil change concerns. After checking part numbers and quantities we found every thing was done correctly, ************** was very adamant and persistent, so a reimbursement check had already been provided after contact was finally made for his last oil change. Since then, we have tried contacting him by phone with no response from the customer. 

    With what we have done up to this point to reimburse ************** for his expenses due to his unhappiness with his experience, we believe this should have remedied the situation.
