    I paid $800 dollars for 5 years of a service for paint protection. They say they will no longer honor this contract. I called them to ask for a prorated reimbursement. They basically told me to sit and twist, s******* me out of the rest of my paid for service. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUISNESS.

    This customer did not do business with us. He purchased this contract from another company and wants us to honor it. He is leaving a review at each of our locations even though we did not sell him any product. We called him and tried to talk to him and he said he was going to leave a review for each of our locations. Again, we did not sell him any product.

    These people are crooked had vehicle in ** 2 out and air **nditioning line chewed through by mice. Told ****** Husband was out of town he viewed car later. Parts ordered waited on call. Husband changed **2 and fixed air by splicing wires. We were told the opposite and husband fixed for **st of **2. We had Gap and it's apparent they were trying to make a buck. Never received a call or a bill. Since I was a woman and had Gap and lived in the **untry. Still waiting on call. What happened to honesty.

    I guess I'm not understanding the complaint here. A mouse chewed through the a/c line and we quoted $817 to fix the line and replace an o2 sensor. $397 for the A/c alone. Her husband replaced the o2 sensor himself and spliced wires to repair the line and that fixed the issue. So exactly what we quoted did indeed fix the issue but the customer did the work themselves. I'm assuming by "Gap" coverage, the customer is referring to their ******** service contract as Gap coverage is an insurance product. We did call Route 66 and they said they do not cover damage caused by mice. Also not understanding the woman, gap, lived in the country part. She was helped by a female employee who called in and spoke to someone at the number provided by the customer for her coverage. She hasn't received a call back from us because she ordered the part and it's not here yet. We are certainly available to visit if her or her husband would like any additional information.
