1 starVery rude and unprofessional management and sales people. Trevin was the salesman. I inquired about a 2009 silverado from them and tried to ask questions about the truck through message to salesman Trevin *****. Trevin told me to call him so he could answer the questions better which doesn't make any sense at all. Its 2025 you can text people information about the vehicles. So I go ahead and call him at his number that i had been messaging him through and he has me blocked and I cant even call him and get ahold of him. They won't tell you best price on their overpriced vehicles, instead they play mind games with their customers and leave them in the dust. This is not how a company should ever treat anybody, especially a potential customer.Review fromAlice Z

1 starStopped in Bismarck ND service dept. Knew what the issue was. The 'official' service supervisor on duty 03.27.24 would only tell me they may need to take the car Completely apart and yet might find anything and as me when I wanted to leave it. I did not. I spoke to 2 other reputable dealers who gave a time frame of one and a half hours.
For what it is worth, it was fixed within minutes by another - no charge.Review fromSavana P

Bought a truck not even 2 months ago. When we bought it we inspected every Square inch and there was not a spot of rust we could see. After 2 times through a car wash all sorts of rust spots are showing up! One part is even peeling off! Took it to a local body shop and was told it was most likely taken to a body shop for a skim coat of paint. Spent $40,000 for this! Not right!
