    In early March I went into the Jackson ****** tax services office in ************. The reason I chose to use this service was simply that my wife was out of the country and not able to file the annual taxes on her own. The person that completed my taxes, while preparing the forms, blundered in the tax preparation at all levels as the reviewing department has acknowledged themselves. He documented the bank account and routing numbers incorrectly, my phone number and physical address was not correct either and didn't even spell my name correctly. I was given numerous ways and persons to contact within the company but invariably was given the run around saying that I had to contact the *** and ************* directly for resolution without any assistance +in this matter in any way. I have contacted the *** and corrected the physical address and phone with no end result. *************, who is responsible for funds release has never been able to be contacted for assistance in any way. Eventually I was able to contact their regional manager, who asked for and received from myself proper documentation to validate my physical address. This was done and I was advised that the funds would be released on the following Monday and that she would also be calling me as to the status on this action. The problem is that this was never done as promised by the regional manager. In the end as it stands now I have been either lied to or misled from the beginning of March to this point. Also their website claims that if their services are not correct they will pay it themselves. I was told that this does not fall into that heading. If it indeed does I am not sure how as this is a part of the preparation process thereby making this false and misleading as well from their part. In closing I would never under any circumstances recommend this organization and if there is a negative part of the rating scale I would rate them the lowest possible. Thank you for your attention in this matter.
