    They sent me to collections for bills that are four years old. Bills I may have paid for but no longer have any proof since it is four years ago. They keep claiming they mailed out paper statements however we never received any. On top of it one person told me they sold that debt to a collection company clear back in 2021 but yet another ***resentative called a week later to tell me they were recalling that debt from the collector. How can they if they supposedly sold it to collections three years ago? I have not received anything from *** or this collections company in four years until a few weeks ago. Also, when discussing how I had paid my last statement with them, one I actually received. The dollar amount the bill *** told me is less than the amount I paid and they sent me a text message confirming the amount I paid. The text message confirmation is once again more than what the ***resentative said he showed I paid. Also, one of the bills from four year ago one ***resentative and her supervisor could not find anything for that dollar amount in the system. They looked for over two hours while on the phone with me. Today, it has now magically showed. How do I know this statement is factual? This establishment is a scam. How do I know if I paid these bills from four years ago? How do I believe them? Even though I love my doctor and the staff is always nice, due to the billing department and all this mess, I do not plan on doing business with CHI going forth and do not recommend anyone else either.

    I went get a physical exam check up at st Alexis ********************** in May 2023 as they never send my medical results.although they send me a hospital bill yet still no medical results will not return to the hospital in future
