    I am a property owner who contracted Magic City Management in *****, ** to manage my rental property. Throughout 2023, they collected rent from tenants on our behalf. However, they failed to remit over $13,000 in payments owed to us during that time.I have email correspondence, account summaries, and banking records that clearly show the missing payments and our repeated attempts to request resolution. Since late 2023, Magic City Management has stopped responding to emails, calls, and other attempts at communication.This is not an isolated incident I have recently become aware that other property owners have experienced similar issues. A civil lawsuit has also been filed against the company.I am requesting that Magic City Management immediately pay the outstanding $13,000 owed to us, and provide written confirmation of this payment.If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will continue pursuing legal action and reporting to the appropriate consumer protection authorities.I am happy to provide documentation upon request.

    My wife and I have been renting at our current location for 9 years and the Owners of the building dissolved their Contract agreement with Magic City Management and entered into a new Lease Agreement with us using their own Business ****** Property Rentals. We would like you to force Magic City Management to cancel the fictitious Bill invoices their sending us and contact the ************************* about it.

    I terminated my *** with this company due to repeated issues, including late rent payments, lack of timely maintenance, poor communication, and inadequate record-keeping. They renewed leases without my consent, deducted maintenance expenses without providing receipts or invoices, and consistently delayed rent payments. Additionally, they neglected to address tenant maintenance requests promptly, withheld several months rent payments, and failed to return a tenants security deposit. I do not recommend their services.

    I own a rental property that is being managed by the mentioned business. They have been late paying me the rent almost every month and now have 3 months of rent and have stopped answering any forms of communication. I spoke with the tenant to see what was going on and the property manager responded to them and is ignoring me while keeping my money. I emailed a termination of contract and requested the money owed and still no response. I am wanting them to give me the rent they are holding and the first and last months rent that was given when the home was first rented so I can move to another property management which amounts to $9,750. I have documented emails, texts, and calls from myself to them with no response for months.
