    I purchased 2 bras from this store back in June and have not received the items. I've sent several emails, made phone calls, and now see the business is permanently closed but they are still taking online orders. I would like my money refunded if I'm not going to receive the items I paid for.

    I went to curvy divas July 15th 2024 and ordered 3 bras and a bra bag totaling $350 these bras were supposed to be mailed to me at my home address and I have not received them. I have attempted to get ahold of the store owner numerous times but she has shut down every way of communication with her. I found out that I am not the only woman who has not received their purchase from her as of now there are about ******************************************************************** for her personal use.

    The date of transaction was December 7, 2023. The payment to curvy divas of 216. 70 posted to my account on December 9, 2023. I ordered bras from them. They told me two weeks three at the most. Its now been over six months. They have blocked me from ********* They will not answer my emails. All I want is my money back. They were on ******** claiming all they finally got orders in that were four months old so when they sold me my merchandise, they knew they were way behind but yet they told me two weeks three weeks at the most for delivery. I have a witness that was with me that heard them say this how do I go about getting my money returned?
