According to information provided by consumers, Cynstar Logistics LLC (cynstarlogistics.com) is an online vehicle consignment site showing an address in Williston, ND. Consumers describe finding a vehicle (e.g., 2010 Chevy Camaro Transformers Edition) through online classifieds, communicating with a "seller," then being referred to Cynstar Logistics LLC for payment and transport. After making payment via wire transfer, consumers do not receive the vehicle in question, and communication from the "seller" and Cynstar ceases. BBB notes that there *is* a business called Cynstar Logistics LLC registered with the ND Secretary of State, but the website in question was just created on 1/28/23, and is not connected with the registered business. If you are currently in communication about an online vehicle purchase and being asked to wire money to Cynstar Logistics, BBB strongly urges you not to send money.
