    I paid over $2,000 for this company to install the heating and air unit. It was 3 days after that I noticed black liquid leaking from the unit under the heating unit, and I told Andrea about it. It's a good thing I recorded the conversation I had with her about this and the condition of the installation. A technician came out the Friday after to assess the situation, and he pointed out everything that was wrong with the work that was done, and tempted to contact the installers that installed it, but was unsuccessfully unable to do so. He said he was the lead or supervisor of that group for this company, and was appalled at the condition they left it in. I repeatedly left messages with this company, to include both verbal and mechanical. Probably avoid contacting or hiring this company, as there are more reputable companies around this area, here in Nebraska. All communication from this company has been ignored, and nothing's been corrected. They have a piece of the unit. I have pictures of everything if anybody needs it.

    Hello. We at Kayl Heating & Air apologize that you are
    unhappy with the service you received from us and would like to get this
    resolved as quickly as possible!  We understand that communication has been difficult, as your schedule of availability and our business hours are not similar. It becomes challenging
    when we cannot reach you on the phone during the day.
    With this in mind, please understand we cannot pull our technicians from other
    customers to send out to your home when we receive a call on a Friday at 4:20
    pm wanting us immediately. Finishing this install requires scheduling in advance. This is to ensure that we do not inconvenience other customers who have already scheduled their appointments ahead of time. We would like to complete this project as soon as possible for
    you.  Please contact our office to schedule an appointment to get this resolved.
    Additionally, we use a service to document all our calls and voicemails. As of
    now, we have only received one voicemail from you regarding this situation. If
    there have been more, please let us know, and we will work with our service
    provider to address the issue.
