      Already have an appointment with Wick concerning my complaint ! If this generated a quick response I am grateful! I hope my problem is on the way to being resolved time will tell ?

      We contracted with an approved WICKS builder, Jerimi *******. Wicks recommended build contractor when client requested online. The builder did not finish job, did not fully pay sub contractors, did not do job correctly. Here is a list:
      -Did not finish porch soffit
      -Did not finish four season room. Parts had to be ordered a second time at builder's expense
      -Concrete not done well
      -Builders had to pay sub-contractors due to WICKS builder not paying
      -Jobs not done to builder blueprint (basement floor does not slope, bathroom error, drain in garage installed after the fact.

      Wick does not take any responsibility either financially or assists builder in getting job completed. Wicks resold items needed at cost but this is the second time builder had to purchase items. Wicks will not send contractors to finish job but expects homeowners to complete project. Poor customer service.

      Dear BBB:

      I received this complaint late last night, April 26, 2023. It was forwarded to me as a PDF attachment in an email from an independent builder in ******** called ********* *****. There are odd things about your letter.

      First, BBB in Nebraska, South Dakota, Kansas Plains & SW Iowa sent the letter to Wick Buildings, **** ****** **** *** *********** ** *****. However, Wick Buildings nor any builder that purchases from Wick Buildings, is located at this address. Fortunately, the resident at that address was familiar with ********* ***** and forwarded the letter accordingly.

      Second, the complaint is from a customer in *******, which is not a state included in your area of focus. 

      Would you please confirm this complaint is valid? And, if it is, would you please confirm to whom we should respond? Is it BBB of Nebraska, South Dakota, Kansas Plains & SW Iowa who will be overseeing the complaint?
