    Took a trash compactor in for repair. They had it a week but I had to call to see if it was repaired. **** said, "we called you last night that it was done". We did NOT receive that call. Picked it up and brought it home. As the user manual recommends, we waited to compact after it was half full. The original problem reappeared. Called them on Monday, Feb29, but the repair man was out on call. I was told he would call on his return to the store. Called the next day, and was told the same, he would call when he came in. Called Wednesday and talked to ****. Asked if they could pick it up at our home. He told me they 'girls' would call with a price and scheduled pickup. No call from them. My wife called on Thursday. Talked to ****, who told he would come on Friday to see the problem and pick it up. Friday morning, around 8:30 am, he left a voice mail that there was a family emergency and would call later in the day. No call. No call on Saturday,. Finally call on Monday afternoon, after my wife had sent a text that we wanted a refund for non repair. **** was very upset when I told him we had
    made arrangements for a different company to pick it up and repair it. He gave me numerous excuses, and would not let me speak. He was very angry! I finally told him to forget it and hung up. My wife then called him and was given the same treatment. She also told him to forget it. We would like a refund for NON REPAIR.
