      We ordered a bathtub through ****** for our homebuild on November 1st. ****** contracted ************** to deliver. **** then transferred the bathtub to CrossCountry Freight Solutions. Around the end of November we contact ****** and **** as we have not received the bathtub. They notify us that they have transferred the tub to CCFS and that it will be delivered within the next few days. Expected delivery date comes and goes no tub no contact but they put on the tracking with ****** that "the customer requested a reschedule of the delivery date". Completely untrue. We contact them again and are told it will be delivered within the next two days. Again no delivery and no contact with us. We call CCFS and are told they have no record of our package?! Then ****** calls them and our package is supposed to arrive the next day. Rinse and repeat three more times. We contact them and are told our package is lost.. ****** contracts them and are package is scheduled to be delivered the next day..This has delayed our home build potentially costing us thousands. We are paying more rent and construction loan payments as interest rates are rising. So shame on you CCFS. Your customer service is not only poor, you lie and cost innocent hard working people a lot of money and a lot of headaches.

      I ordered two pallets of shipping envelopes from a supplier who unfortunately used Cross Country Freight Solutions *****************. It has been almost a month and I am still waiting for them to deliver my envelopes ! I have been emailing and calling several people at CCFS ******** for the past 3+ weeks. Every week they give me an excuse why they did not show up. I have been getting the run around for weeks now and I am at my wits end with them ! I get excuses like, the driver ran out of hours and had to return to the terminal. What ? Three weeks in a row ?? My supplier even calls and emails them and makes appointments for them to deliver to me and they still do not show up ! Hard to believe that they are still in business with their terrible delivery service ! The way they are treating me is borderline fraudulent.
      I NEED MY DELIVERY !!!
      Can anyone help me get the product delivered that I paid for ?
