    I don’t know how to fit everything into this box. There’s a lot that’s been going on. It seems like but basically a lot is being ignored and going around so this would be a lot easier to explain over the phone to somebody but I do have pictures. I do have emails ever since I moved into these units, every issue but right now my rights as a tenant are being violated and my health is at risk because of this furnace that was leaking and causing my filters that I had to change in less than a week twice turn black and I do know for sure that mold throughout this entire apartment complex so I look forward to talking to somebody over the phone , One last statement, this address and the company they called. It did not show up on your guises website so the actual name for the ones here in Ashland not in Gretna they’re called ********* residential communities. That’s the name of the company or the buildings. Also, they I don’t think they acknowledged or I don’t think the *** got your program done a walk-through since they’ve changed companies and that’s why the rent is the way they is I could be wrong. I don’t know, but again I can explain everything over the phone and I can send emails of me being cornered or me being told this is what it is sorry

    We are currently working on making repairs in the unit as well as the apartment complex to be able stay up to code for insurance purposes. We have been trying to work with **** to get into his apartment, but he changed his lock on us and refuses to provide a key so that we can go in and make repairs and schedule vendor. When we do schedule vendors to go inspect the A/c unit he cancels the appointments. We have one estimate for the a/c system and trying to coordinate with him to get into the apartment for a 2nd look which is company policy. Please feel free to call me with any questions.

    I am rejecting this response because:So you guys have reviewed ? And the concerns about the equality of the leagu legality of the terms of the lease. I just wanna make sure I read the message right that’s all and that my issues are going to be resolved because that contract in that clause is really uncomfortable and she already sent me a message saying that she admitted to not doing a checklist and that she’s not going to fix that clause to and I’ve been living in this unit for this would be three years now and there’s already been mold damage done to a window because of mildew from the outside coming in and in the AC unit and there’s mold in there or wise that I had to take legal action to get that resolved because they were fighting me on that but they all they did was spray paint over the mold and now they’re trying to put me into this clause and financial liability and entrapment

    I let **** know that he moved in prior to us taking management of this property. I asked him to fill out a new checklist and we can review it so that he is not liable for damages and to enter any work order for any repairs he sees fit. Once he gets the work orders in, maintenance will handle the repairs. We have been more than willing to work with him on everything. We are not able to change the lease agreement as this was made by an attorney. Please let me know next steps. Thank you
