    Raul and his team were exceptionally responsive when I had an emergent need to get my exterior stairs replaced. They understood the potential hazard and were able to stop by and make assessments the same day.
    I was given three options, all of which were fair.
    The guys were able to complete the job in one day. They were courteous and professional. I will definitely use A+ Summer Construction in the future.

    A+ Summer Construction is an exceptional family owned business. They were very thorough in explaining how they would replace our old deck, and were very patient in answering all of our questions. They did everything that they promised to do, and it was done in two days. In addition, upon inspection, the Sarpy County building inspectors were very impressed with how solid and well built the new composite deck was. We are so pleased and will be enjoying our new deck for many years to come.

    Our cedar deck desperately needed to be replaced. We contracted with A+ Summer Construction and are very impressed with the craftsmanship and quality construction of our new composite deck. In only 1 ½ days the old deck was demolished and the new deck built exactly as specified. The work crew was very professional, courteous, and respectful of our property. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend this local family-owned company.
