    On October 30, 2024, we signed on with ******************** paying them the sum of $599. The saleswoman was very good at her job and called me repeatedly until we signed and paid them the fee. We were promised a weekly check-in call to go over any offers, etc., however, there has not been ONE INQUIRY OR POTENTIAL BUYER!! During our conversation, the saleswoman decided on our asking price saying that she could sell it for far more than we could. We were having conversations with a local dealer selling it on consignment, and she promised us that it was a horrible idea. We went with her recommendation because this was her job, and she knew her market better than we did. We believe this company is guilty of gross misrepresentation and would like a FULL REFUND of the money paid to them. We took all the pictures and did all the work to actually list our RV, all they did was copy and paste some pictures. Finding our RV on any of these websites is a nightmare to say the least. We have a very nice RV, and we are confident that we can sell it on our own. I have not received one email from this company in regard to our listing, protentional offers, or anything since we paid them this fee.

    On September 11, 2023, I signed on with NationalVehicle.com, paying them the sum of $599. I must say the saleswoman was very good at her job. I basically was “Promised the Moon” but was delivered NOT ONE INQUIRY OR POTENTIAL BUYER!! During our negotiations the asking price was established by saleswoman’s comments that I could sell for thousands more than I had suggested. I went with her recommendation KNOWING she knew her market better than I did. In the first month or two I suggested an asking price reduction which she cautioned me against. “Go slow,” she said! Long story short, as time went on I couldn’t even find my RV Listing among their HUNDREDS of “guaranteed listings until SOLD” approach of advertising! I got ONE potential buyer from National Vehicle which was a fraudulent caller that supposed “Slipped” by their faulty screening process which was the WHOLE sales pitch to bring me only SERIOUS VETTED POTENTIAL BUYERS!! I believe this company is guilty of gross misrepresentation and would like a FULL REFUND of my money paid to them. After much studying of the market, using **********, ******** *********** and ** ******* going thru TONS of scam & fraudulent screening myself, I JUST sold my RV at 10k less than National Vehicle’s suggestion. I have a very nice RV, I was just NOT in a competitive market with a competitive price!

    I have spoken with representative of National Vehicle and waiting for delivery of check/refund promised to be issued and mailed to my home. Upon receipt, I will “reevaluate” my original statement at BBB and bring up to date.

    I received a call from ***** *******, President of National Vehicle asking specifically what “short comings” I felt were instrumental in my negative review. We talked, ***** seemed truly interested in identifying the issues and correcting them. I was impressed with his genuine concern and am happy with the outcome.
