    Mitchell Photography entered into a service exchange agreement with Brad Lynn of Wolfgang Auto Body. As part of this agreement, Mitchell Photography provided professional wedding photography services for both *** ****** wedding on April 15, 2023, and his daughter’s wedding on August 5, 2022. In return, *** ****, operating through Wolfgang Auto Body, agreed to perform rust repair and paintwork on a 2003 Dodge Ram truck.

    Despite the original agreement, the truck was not accepted for service until June 4, 2024, following repeated delays and excuses. In addition to the service trade, we contributed $5,000 in cash toward the project. The agreed-upon value for our photography services was $2,000.

    It has now been nearly a year since the truck was delivered, and we have yet to see the agreed work completed. We have documented all relevant correspondence and have a complete paper trail to support these claims, which we are happy to provide upon request.

    We respectfully seek your guidance on how best to proceed. Thank you for taking the time to consider our complaint.

    We have Sent a Demand Letter on 5/29/2025. This letter states that if the vehicle is not returned with the work completed by 6/11/2025 we will be pressing charges starting with small claims court.
