      Bought a set of heads for sbc put them on heads had wrong springs from speedway and only option they offered was for me to remove my heads ship them back then they would write me a check and mail it......I couldn't do that because I got to work can't go 4 weeks without car waiting on them not counting 500 for gaskets and fluids to get it running again they didn't do anything to help me fix the defective heads they sold me for 1300 dollars or the other 1000 I had to fix their mistake or the cam shaft ,lifters, the heads ruined....what bothers me most is them not offering any help to me and saying that even though the heads were purchased end of mat 2024 I installed them middle of July 2024 and August 2024 I contacted them about the problem and still haven't even offered a apology just took my money and laughed at me been trying to contact clay Smith the owner no response from anyone can someone help me fix this problem

      Speedway motors.com they are a bunch of crooks. They refuse to give you a refund even after receiving returned unopened merchandise from the customer. I would avoid doing business with this so called company. The only way they can stay in business is by scamming their customers. Nice business model.

      I'm a primary retailer of Vintage/Antiques however, we are also known for our pedal cars that line up outside our store front. I have been selling these reproduction pedal cars for over 15 years and Speedway Motors has been a supplier. I seldom have concerns, but when I do they listen and respond. I admire this company for their fairness, honesty, and their knowledge.

      I had Ordered a Fuel Pump for a 1939 Ford Flathead V8, to be shipped to Canada, shipped by USPS & arrived June 2nd in Canada by UPS Order #E5007309. When delivered UPS wanted $12.43 for Brokerage fees that I already paid for up front when ordered. I "HAD" to pay to receive my part. I contacted Speedway by email & initially Emily apologized & asked if I had an Invoice. I sent copy's of my invoice along with a picture of where it stated Brokerage Fees included. I secondly got an Email from Casey, who sent a Formatted email letter showing they don't pay for Brokerage fees. I have it in Black & White stating it does. So: All I want is my $12.43 Max Mitchell

      Terrible customer service. Charged 70& for overnight shipping when I could have gotten free 4 day shipping and parts came in 7 days still charged for overnight shipping has taken multiple calls and emails with promised returned calls and emails to potentially get a refund on shipping, I was initially told no multiple times for a refund. I Paid for a service I didn’t receive. They kept making excuses as to why I still have to pay for the service even though I didn’t get it and it would take longer than free shipping to receive it. I understand there’s delays sometimes in shipping. It wouldn’t have been an issue had they not avoid me and not return calls and tell me multiple times how I should still be responsible for it and pay for the service I did not receive. It was scam from the beginning. They gave me the option for overnight shipping , charged me for over night shipping and then gave me ground shipping “free shipping”. Just want to warn others of their deceptive practices.

      This order placed and shipped on 4-2-24 was estimated to deliver on Friday 4-5-24 and was delivered on 4-5-24 by the shipping courier. The full shipping cost was subsequently refunded in full on 4-5-24 back to the original method of payment for our customer with it delivering later than was expected by our customer.

      I ordered a new in the box distributor from these guys but was sent an opened box, used item that was missing parts . Their posting was for a new item and did not mention anywhere it was a used part. I later found out that I could get the same part brand new in the box cheaper from Jeggs, with the shipping included. I will not be a return customer

      I purchased a slotted and drilled brake rotor set which contains a left and right side. When I received them they were both of the same side. I was told to take the wrong parts to UPS and return them and at this point they would send the correct out to me. Which I sent UPS at 10:41 am and was instructed to watch for immediate email from speedway. Well 5 hours later I had to call speedway to inquire. At that point M**** sent me email and said they were on their way. Then later I received a call saying that all 77 boxes/ sets were wrong and that they must check with vendor. Well still no parts and they have my money. I have been hung up on by one speedway employee named K****, and have been lied too/miss led, and belittled from two supposed supervisors A**** R*******, and a man by the name of M*****. Very unfair way to treat costumers. I'm surprised a company as big as Speedway motors would allow their employees to conduct business with their customers in this manner. I have tried to speak to someone who cares about the company but through the chain of command BS it is prohibited. Although I'm sure there is a protocol for that too unfortunately it's how the system works and that's how they do it. So everyone should know they acknowledged to me that all they have is the wrong parts at this point today they still have the listing for the parts for sale! So the question is has this been happening for a while or is this a new issue?

      Ordered a Ford 9” center section Contacted customer service several times over 29 day stretch. Was told 2 weeks in that back ordered parts came in and unit should be assembled and ready to ship by the third week of ordeal. 27 days out I was told unit was done and ready to ship. Day 29 I finally called and inquired what was going on with my order. I was told parts were on back order until mid October. This is in July. I canceled my order and purchased from a different company. I’m a 25+ year customer. Never have I been jerked around so bad by a company until this fiasco. I will purchase from other vendors and use speedway as a last resort

      i ordered from attitude jeggs....they didnt tell me i ordered a backorder part. 2 weeks later i ordered from speedway and it arrived next day. Ive ordered from speedway several times and EVERYTIME the order shows up lightning fast. Pleasure on the phone and happy to get my business from jeggs
