    neighbors are loud as heck . apartments dont do anything , if you complain too much they will kick you out .

    We
    did receive complaints from you in the past in regard to noise in the building,
    however it was very vague and never included any specific details.  When we did contact you in the hope of
    resolving the issue it would usually result in you hanging up the phone abruptly.  We did make attempts to call your neighbors
    and no one else was hearing the noise.  We
    also sent out notices to the entire building saying that if anyone was
    experiencing after-hours noise, to contact the Office. No one ever called. 

    We feel that we exhausted all avenues to help
    remedy this issue for you and communication with the Office Staff was inappropriate and threatening.  We wish you
    all the best in your new home.
