I give them 0 stars, for I have an issue that I have receipts for and they still have not addressed the issue. They are awful on the phone and have 0 respect for others. Let alone this has been since 2021, my issue still unresolved. One of the most unprofessional and rudest companies. They are not worth your time go above or around them if possible !! Shocked they are in business. Clearly they need business courses, unreal

As an employer, we are cooperative and professional when it comes to handling collections requests and requirements. NAS's professionalism, or lack thereof, is absolutely evident from the first sentance they speak. Bully tactics, accusations of willful neglect and threats of legal action against the agency were immediate go-to tactics within a first phone call. At no point, should a company such as this allow it's company representatives speak to others in the way they do. From the initial voicemail that they leave, to their tempertantrums when they don't get the reaction they want as a result of their mis-statements, attempted threats and bullying. When stated that they are lacking in customer service, the representative's response was "We aren't customer service representatives, we are debt collectors." That just says it all. Though a tough field to work in, I get it, it should not excuse it's employees from having a good moral compass. Sad.

Spoke to Joe the owner about an interaction we werent happy about. I used "sir" when addressing him, listened as he spoke but Joe decided to act like an immature child, talking over then yelling at me and saying nothing was his fault then chastising me for his staffers behavior then said I was acting like a child by asking him to please allow me to finish my sentence.
There are many other companies out there who offer this service who understand the concept of professionalism. Suggest you engage one of them. His team asks this way as that is the leadership Joe displays so its no wonder.
