    Very unprofessional. Had a scheduled appointment at 1pm for a drug test, pt, and hearing test. I got called back right away for the drug test, which i did show up like 10 mins early so I was satisfied thus far, but when I handed her the cup she instantly said my urine was too warm and I had to retest. I don't really understand how she accurately could tell the temperature of my urine but if that's what is needed then so be it. She tells me to wait, to drink some water and not to leave the building and someone will call me back when they are ready. I went back to the lobby at about 1:10 and drank a bunch of water so I can get enough urine to test again so I can return to work, which I took time off specifically to get this completed. I sat and waited till 2:30 and I had to be back to work at 3pm. I watched the lady help and get through like 7 other people so I asked the lady doing the test how much longer it would be till I could retest which she ignored. I then proceeded to the front desk lady that I needed to leave and had to reschedule. She was also rude and wouldn't even look away from her computer to talk to me. I felt like I was being singled out and would not have a fair opportunity in my tests. I left and called the HR lady for the job I was applying and she agreed that is ridiculous that it was taking that long. She called the WorkFit office to reschedule me an appointment. When she called back, the front desk lady had lied to her and said I was given a piece of paper with instructions to let them know when I was ready for the test which is untrue. They never gave me a piece of paper with instructions for the retest. The fact that they messed up and then tried to lie about it and blame it on me shows how unprofessional and ignorant the lady doing the test and the front desk lady is!
