    Only one staff member was helpful. There was 3 weddings in one weekend. All 3 wedding parties had problems checking in. They offer zero discounts.. (AAA) (First responders) (senior discount) the worker I had to deal with was completely unprofessional by back-talking me. After I asked about the discount the worker was rude and snapped back at me for asking about the discount, followed by Disrespect by raising her voice at me. The "manager" (I can't believe she was the manager) was a lady who spoke minimal English, the language barrier was definitely a factor..

    ******** Shianne booked a reservation for ************************** group block. They got the wedding group rate which was a discounted rate -$119.99+Tax each night. When the guest asked for the discount the front desk told him that he got a very good rate otherwise the weekend rates were very high. The rates for that weekend were $179.99 + Tax. No one was disrespectful or raised a voice.
