    This hotel was so dirty. The outside door to the interior rooms had been propped open. There was a dumpster bin that was overflowing right by the door. Our room was disgusting. The tub was dirty, the bathroom floor was sticky, the carpet was awful. When we went to the desk to tell them we wouldn't be staying and ask for a refund, we were told that they had no access to give refunds and we would have to wait until the next day at 11:00 to call the manager. I'm sure there are worse hotels, but this was my first experience with one.

    Thank you, yes, the refund was completed quickly the next morning. I do appreciate it. That does not negate the state of the room, however. Really, it was pretty bad.
