    I have worked with Liberty Property Management since 2016 when I bought a Condo within a property they manage. The relationship started off great when I would call with any issues around the property they would answer the phone or respond right away within a couple hours through email. As time went on the response time has been getting longer and longer, now to the point where you do not receive any response or you receive a very sharp email where you as an owner of the property are treated like a renter and not an owner. You are now lucky if you receive a response at all. I ended up selling my property due to the fact that I could no longer live in a community run by this management company. I almost missed my closing date due to repeated calls and emails going unanswered from my buyers mortgage and title companies. There never seems to be anyone available in the office during normal business hours or anyone to answer a live phone call. Tricia and Abi both need to be retrained in the art of customer service. I hope for the sake of the residents of all the properties Liberty manages that this changes in the future but the perception is that this company is only concerned about money and not the residents they serve.
