    This bisness does not take pride in their property nor do they treat their tenants fairly with respect. They either don’t have any management on site or when they do it’s never for longer than a month and they bad mouth tenants to others regularly. Maintenance? Yea no maintenance EVER but they expect tenants to still pay on time.

    I believe from my point of view that this company'cause I didn't get that last week engaged in deceptive misleading or unfair business practices. They charged us $735 to move into a place we have both written messages and verbal conversations that my mother qualified that the landlord just needed to give a positive review then we have another verbal and written message saying that the landlord give a positive review and she's been accepted and then we actually received an acceptance letter from the company itself ten days later right before the lease was to be signed my mother reached out to a local community action agency, Forgot about a pet deposit I believe that they immediately discriminated against her and rescinded her approval letter without any valid explanation they tried to give a valid explanation however the explanation itself I believe is unfactual stating that she did not make enough money even though the proper property manager destiny said that she did in a verbal conversation and via text message and she did get a acceptance letter as well...... Did not have any change in her qualifications they stated also that the landlord gave her a negative review and I contacted the landlord that been with for 7-ish years...... And he once again reassured us the landlord that he gave her an absolutely positive review we have evidence of this as well Now they are attempting to keep $200 without having provided any services lease agreement or incurred any damages this is from what I understand a deceptive and unfair business practice no legitimate goods or services were received in exchange for the two hundred dollars they are trying to retain. please read my warning be very careful engaging in business with this property management company.

    This Company has no concerns for the lower level employees. I was threatened at gun point by the parents of a tenant and Seldin did absolutely nothing, but the moment a complaint was waged against me I was fired. Upper management conduct themselves like a cult and anyone who tries to disrupt is taken out and stoned like the old Roman days

    I have lived over a year at juniper and no one responds to issues regarding billing, amenities, maintenance. It’s been months of trying to contact anyone from this company. Tesse, Pat, Makayla. My garbage door has been “fixed” three times now. It’s not fixed. I’m told it never will be. According to maintenance that tracks and door are just too small and made incorrectly for the island. “You must remember that these are rentals.” Is what I’m told. Don’t mind the $2,100 I pay a month to call this rental my home. Bring back Sydney who at least could answer a phone call or return one for that matter.

    I have a lease at the brand new apartment in Glenwood IA. I have had no air condition. I have had no air conditioning for 7 days and counting. The temperature in the apartment has been in the 80's.
    Seldin has sent no one to repair it. Seldin has had no or terrible responses to my request to get an updated on fixing the air conditioning.
    I would not recommend any Seldin rentals.

We have been actively working with our contractor, as the units are still under warranty, to resolve this issue promptly. The contractor was on-site will return to address the situation. If the units cannot be fixed today, we will install portable units as a temporary solution.

    Unprofessional business practices. Started living here as a Registered nurse during covid to help the greater sioux city area. Management did not meet standards of caring for those in the community. I would not recommend someone to live here unless new management and corporate employees in office. I reached out multiple times while pregnant for help along with community action services with no resolution.

    Unlawful eviction and discriminatory practice. Hostile environment with old White people who are blatantly racist. Residents conspired with one another submitting false accusations against me.Seldin Company did not investigate, evaluate, not communicate with me the complaints but unlawfully evicted me stating I was dangerous. My complaints about the old racist asking residents to sign a petition that stated they did not feel safe with me living there. Could not sit on patio because man said his dog hate Black people and only bite Black people and he was always on patio. There was nothing done about the racism. There response was to evict the Black woman because of a stereotype that Black people are dangerous. I am 63 years old with a bad hip and they said I am dangerous. I lived there two weeks and was given an eviction notice.

    i have lived at a property in council bluffs iowa woodbury pines townhomes for almost 2 years and me, soon to be husband, and his daughter have been having a constant non stop of people smoking marijuana in their apartments as the smell gets into our apartment and makes us sick we have called the police multiple times and have told the office manager Morgan Williams about this issue multiple times and nothing gets done not to mention when we moved i n we listed off things to morgan that needed to be fixed or replaced in the apartment and its still has not been done i am tired of getting woken up to the smell of pot in my our house and my 8 year old step daughter should not have to fall victim to this because you guys cant keep your communities in order with drug testing before letting people move in its ridiculous i pay almost 600 a month in rent each month for a place to stay that i cannot live comfortably in because people are doing drugs and smoking cigarettes in their homes as well even thought this is suppose to be frug free and a smoke free property

    Please as a human do not and I repeat do not let anyone you care about rent anything at Woolworth Estates off of 74th and Woolworth Omaha NE....I have major documentation including photos of black mold ceilings that leak. Police reports of violence they have allowed one tenant that I have exparte against to continue to live there. They allow people of color to be called the N word Hispanic children to be stalked and called beaners. The tenant I personally have been assaulted by in October to continue to reside there this tenant was arrested 11 days later she's still lives there her car has been shot up with bullets. I had to contact police for a severely handicapped woman at the 5315 N 90th location she had been knocking and leaving messages at office for over hour when I arrived to present my assault info from Woolworth estates the day prior the So called Manager told me the answering machine is and has been broken for awhile sad neighbor was trying to run her over. I personally have been my reporting my verbal assault and complaints to again a so called Manager name . Please please help me to help others besides my daughter and three grandkids who are now HOMELESS due to lies and violence. I can and will provide video police reports and testimony of others please contact me My daughter and I have human bite marks from an assault that took place in October. My daughter has an eye condition that was worsened due to pepper spray yes I have proof from her Dr. who was so concerned he reopened his office after hours to treat her and proof from Chi hospital on human bite marks. I was ban from property I believe in retaliation from my reports. Funny if I'm such a threat my did manager who ban me friend request me next day on Facebook...... sad nothing but lies. I have my daughter teacher from college telling us to contact the local News channels. This is SERIOUS. Thank you for this opportunity for help.
