    I booked a bus trip to Nashville Tenn from Iowa. the trip was cancelled by elite tours, 10/6 to 10/10 I Paid 1998.00 for 2 in the form of 3 checks 500, 00 / 749,00,/ 749.,00 all of which have cleared my bank. i received a refund 0f 1.149.00 only. I have called and text them. 4 calls and several texts with all my details. they verbally told me they would call me back that they were having some health issues but they have not called me back. they have not responded at all to my texts. i am stilled owed 849.00 since they cancelled the trip not me. I have all the chick numbers and when they cleared my account. I am getting worried. please help.

    Company never claimed they took out $*** and it's now giving me the runaround. I would like a full refund in that amount along with $** times five days due to a necessary time off from work.

    We scheduled a trip through elite tours and they messed up our credit cards where ours wasn't taken out and neither was my sons, so where filing a complaint about the mixup and want a refund of $*****

    We had some extenuating circumstances for this tour. I live in *******************, which was devastated by Hurricane Ian. We had no power or internet service, and had to flee to the east coast of *******. During this time, we had no way to communicate with our tour coordinators, hotels or attractions. To add to this perfect storm, I was admitted to the hospital and was there for about a week. I am sorry for the problems which occurred during this tour.
