    Hired photographer for wedding held 09/2024. Have had persistent issues with lack of communication and prolonged return of paid material since hire. Issues first began with engagement shoot with prolonged return of material. No information detailing return of material was in the contract, but photographer repeatedly reported an inaccurate timeline of when photos would be returned to the client (me). Approaching the wedding, the photographer was not very responsive to emails/texts. She did not reply to my requests of suggestions for photography locations for wedding day. This caused disorganization on the wedding day itself (i.e. we were kicked off of a property because it was not preapproved by the photographer, taking crucial time out of our special day). She signed up for 3 meals wedding night (for 2 photographers and 1 videographer) per contract, but only 2 individuals showed up on the actual wedding day. Took until 10/17/24 (almost an entire month) to receive only 3 sneak peek photos, which we were told we would receive a week after the wedding. Despite the contract stating return of all photography and videography material by 8 weeks, I didn't receive any until 12 weeks after the wedding (12/15/24). I didn't receive the videography until 1/1/25. Despite continued attempts to receive the remaining photography, I still have not received the remainder of our wedding photo album, now over 20 weeks out from the wedding. Up until Feb 8-9, 2025, I had only about 200 photos returned to me. As of today, only 412 photos are uploaded to album (the contract outlines the return of 450+ photos by the 8 week deadline). Still missing key moments of the wedding (cake cutting, etc.) Have not had any response from photographer despite texts/emails. Would like to receive all of my wedding photography back and partial refund as the contract has clearly been breached and photographer has not been honest in accurate return of photographic materials which have been paid in full.
