    My apartment has flooded 3 times total so far. Mold and water damage issues that are patched and covered, not properly cleaned out and fixed.
    My 5 year old has lost all of her furniture because of this, the office girls told us to use renters insurance to replace her belongings (we can't afford it)
    They've never put us up in a hotel while repairs were being made, no offer for a different apartment, no offer to make it right in any way. They forced myself and my 3 children to stay in a swampy, wet, moldy apartment.
    A razor blade was found under my 5 year olds carpet when it was pulled up to see the standing water on her floor.
    My ceilings are sagging and cracked, there are definite signs of structural integrity issues, my daughters health has deteriorated because of the un dealt with mold in my apartment, it is documented with her Dr, she's on an inhaler now due to it.
    We have a spider infestation in the building, I've had spiders come out of the vents in the ceiling and crawl on me in my sleep. they do nothing about. I informed "pest control" and all they did was lay down 2 glue traps in my closet

    When you try to talk to them and point out "hey, this isn't right" the office and maintenance team resort to bullying tactics to silence residents (I'm assuming so the big boss doesn't find out how in bad of shape this property actually is)

    False advertising is also an issue with them. These are not luxury homes, they are section 8 at best in these hidden conditions.
    No playground for children though they advertise as much.
    Drone footage on their website shows a dog park covered in lush grass- reality? It's covered in jagged, sharp rocks and no one takes their animals in there because it cuts up their paws.

    Reserved parking ONLY by the apartments up front. Everywhere else has free parking near their building.
    I've had to park across the street at the gas station as there are not enough parking spots per ppl/apartments

    They've hurt my child. Hurt them back.

While some circumstances are out of our control, our onsite team works diligently to resolve all issues that arise. Upon notice of your concerns in your apartment, a member of our maintenance and management came to address any issues and were happy to report no signs of moisture levels above normal in your home. As we are still working to completely resolve your concerns, we encourage your communication with our onsite team.
