    Don't waste your time with this company. Here's my story.

    Set an appointment for the sales rep to come out an give an estimate -this took about a week. Super nice guy, said he was the owner. Gave me what I thought was a fair estimate so I gave him the 20% deposit on the spot. We set the installation for two weeks later. I like many had to do a lot of pre-work to ensure the garage was emptied out and ready for my appointment at 0900.
    The worker was late by 30 minutes. He showed up screaming and cursing at what turned out to be his son whilst pulling into my driveway for all the neighborhood to hear, along with my wife. The worker immediately said "oh you have cracks, I think this guy charges more for the cracks" As if he doesn't know the "guy"? What is this? you schedule appointments to do work but hire guys off the street to do it? He breaks out his sander and sands three different spots in the garage then proceeds to say "Oh, there's too much moisture in your concrete, I can't do this" and LEAVES!! He leaves the dust from the sanded spots too.

    Then I get a text from the "owner"? stating sorry but I'm going to pass on this job due to cracks and moisture. Oh and I'll get you back your deposit today -its. 4:30 and I still don't have it. I can certainly foresee having to go through the nutroll of small claims court for this bozo. I'm out the $800 bucks and three weeks of wasted time.

    Hello Garage installed an HG Polyaspartic Floor Coating on my garage floor in May of 2022.
    My garage floor was over 30 years old and terribly stained with oil, paint, varnish and other stuff I was embarrassed when others saw it. I had signed up to get bids from several companies at a home show. The sales representative from Hello Garage was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He sat quietly by when my grandchildren decided to be less than cooperative during his presentation! His patience and polite demeanor sold me on his company.
    Their price turned out to be the best. They installed my floor on schedule, and after almost 1 1/2 years I can say the floor is as beautiful today as it was the day they installed it.
    I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering having their garage floor finished.
