    We contacted Rob back on January 20th for some landscape work. We wanted rocks, brick, and mulch removed and some retaining walls done as well as some tree trimming. Original total was $***. Of course we're on a budget but who isn't.

    He said he would come out on 28 Jan and do the work. At 11 am no call no show. He messaged us some story about taking his parents to the airport.
    After 4 no calls no show feb 4 Monday we ask for our deposit back. We had someone else lined up but he begged and pleaded and us being the nice people we are gave him a shot. He finally shows up Tuesday Feb 7, late of course, does a **** *** job on the bricks. Leaves randomly for 2 hours and comes back with "help" so they could take turns taking smoke breaks. They work on the retaining wall which you can see their "quality" in the pictures. Then says he'll be back to finish up on the following day.
    He shows up at about 1130 the next day, loads up a few bricks and rakes some mulch, mind you we paid up front so he could get material, and he text saying jobs complete and wants an extra $*** saying he can't get job done because of he doesn't have material and that was that. Left a mess of the back yard, rocks and bricks still left, and saying he doesn't have time or help. Then why take the job?

    We want our money back for the mulch he allegedly bought or at least the mulch, we now have to pay someone else to completely redo our retaining wall that wasn't even nailed down.

    He doesn't communicate and is a multiple no show. Then the work he does that he claims is quality is awful. Very **** and **********.

    The Job is not done and refuses to talk to us, won't give refund or fix it.
