      Skyline put in our roof which is still under warranty. We have had significant problems with the roof since it was installed and damage to the interior of our home. Recently our roof started leaking again and we have mold in our house. We started contacting Skyline in May and didn’t receive a call back. After persistent attempts we finally received a call back and someone came out to inspect our roof and the interior damage. He shared the work they would complete which included repairing sealing our skylights, fixing the side of our house where water is collecting causing damage to our garage, covering our flat roof that they installed with black exterior, and then fixing the internal damage to our home. They came to seal the skylights and then promised several times that someone would come out to complete the work. Nobody ever came and now they are not responding to any of my calls, emails, or texts for over a month. I have contacted the person who came to my house ***** and the owner Anthony Thiner. In all we have been trying to get this resolved since May. The initial work was poor and the follow-up to fix it is now non-existent.

      I reached out to the customer and let her know we will formally call her tomorrow as I’m out of town at our CO office today.  I need to get with ***** to discuss this again.  But it sounds like the seal on the skylights are failing and from recollection we did not replace the skylights with the roof.  But we are trying to help the customer even though it would be outside our warranty.

      Caulking job

      badly preformed, missing gaps between windows and caulk, too. much caulk, wiping caulk fingers onto siding, wiping caulk in a mannger that left caulk on siding boards, messy overall.

      More than a year wait time for completion of agreed on job, daily calls with foreman to get him to come and finish job.

      We hired skyline to do our roof and gutters after the hell storm last year. They have only done part of the work going on 8 months now. We have sent multiple emails and called and left multiple messages and no one has reached back out to us about finishing the job and repairing the issues with the job that has been completed.

      We did a site inspection on 5/2/23. We have been trying to come up with options and a potential solution to offer the customer for a punch list type items to make sure both parties are happy.  It was our understanding that the customer was not happy with a couple locations on the roof where there was a dip in the shingles next to the ridgeline between rafters.  During the inspection, the decking appears to be solid, so functionality / warrantable product would be in place.  If the esthetics of the install is the issue there may be a resolve that both parties can be happy with.  When reviewing pre-construction pictures, it appears like similar issues were occurring.  Below is a link to pictures with time stamps of before and after pictures in question:

      I personally apologize for not having a quicker response.  I was out there on 5/2 and haven't come up with a resolve to offer the customer.  But we will be reaching out shortly so we can come to an agreement on potential options to make both parties happy!
