    I was given a quote of $1800 to move for 2 trips from Newman Grove Ne to Albion Ne and 1 trip from storage. They had me itemize the things and out of that list they did not take 1 bed, the table and chairs and the barstools. They did damage 1 end table pretty badly, a dresser, a clock and a door at the new house. When the move was done they gave me a bill for an additional $600 and when asked about it, they said they were there an hour longer. it took several emails to get an itemized bill from them and at no time would they offer anything for the damage they did. I was willing to pay the $1800 minus the damaged items. When I did get the itemized bill, their quote was no where near what the charges on the bill where to begin with. He did say they charged hourly, however they stopped for gas and snacks and texted and moved items to the shed in the back of the house that did not go there and where told the entertainment center went in the living room, not the back shed. I had to hire additional help to move that to the correct location as they put nothing else at all in that shed. When I addressed this with the owner he refused to give me the quoted price and never even acknowledged the damages. at this point I want an adjustment to this bill as I feel they just blew up the bill after the fact. I feel a quote should be honored or I should have been told of the additional fees. I also feel the moving company should be responsible for damages they are responsible for. After all this turmoil I would like the bill adjusted greatly. This has been a horrible experience and next time I will again hire my daughters high school students as they were far more careful and quicker.

    I did pay them 1500.00. I have heard from their lawyer, So I'm assuming they are not willing to work anything out. I do not intend to pay them anymore and will pursue legal matters if their attorney continues to harass me.
