      Ive just had my house burn down after living in it for 26 years and never late with my payments , they have done every thinkable excuse to try and deny my claim , I got a lawyer and theyve changed their tune now , but I believe I will sue for bad faith on their part , my advice , find somebody else , these are the ones your dad warned you about

      Ive had this insurance company for 7 years. Always made my payments on time, and never caused an accident. Recently I got in an accident due to unexpected circumstances and filed a claim. I was given a rental through my adjuster and everything was going great, I was also given the option of their preferred collision repair shops, or a shop of my choice. I took the shop of my choice. Prior to the shop one appraiser looked at my vehicle but it wasnt lift accessible. I towed the car to my preferred shop at my own expense. Second appraiser looked at it over 3 weeks being at the shop as for my claim adjuster Ive left voicemails, emails, and called external sources to try and get in contact and I have heard absolutely nothing back. My rental was up after 30 days with a strict no to an extension. I ask myself why did I ever pay for this insurance if im not even covered and have been loyal to the company.. The stress of working full time with no means of transportation while being completely ignored for a service that ive paid for is completely unacceptable. This is bad faith

      This company is absolutely horrible. I paid these scammers faithfully for 10 years and never once missed a car insurance payment. I bought a brand new pickup in December of 2019 and four days later someone hit into it. I wasnt even in or around the vehicle at the time of the accident. They were responsive with me, which is good. They sent an appraiser relatively quickly to assess the damage. Based on the pictures they concluded the damage was done in two separate incidents and were only willing to cover for one of the incidents. Finally got that cleared up after three weeks of fighting with them over the phone. They refused to cover for a new box and tailgate when the damned pickup was literally four days old. They only wanted to fix the damage, severely depreciating my brand new trucks value. Then the body shop messed up on the tailgate and made a few big ****** in the paint. I asked Concord to cover the rental for another two days while the body shop fixed their mistake and they refused. Once this entire ordeal was done with, I dropped them promptly. Do not do business with this company under any circumstances.

      After having The Concord Group for over 10 years for 3 different home owners policies and 10+ vehicles, we are dropping them of all coverage. Our daughter was involved in an out of state accident several months ago and the process of collecting on the claim was arduous at best. While we were extremely frustrated with the way the claim played out, we decided to stick with them. We had rental coverage, but never received a rental car.We were involved in another auto accident that was no fault of out own when debris hit our vehicle on the highway in ** and did significant damage. This happened over three months ago. We are still dealing with issues from this claim. While we have renters coverage on our policy, the Concord Group has been unwilling to handle our claim in a timely manner and is not providing us with a rental vehicle. We have heard literally every excuse you could image from this company as to why they have had so many delays and still have not provided us with a rental vehicle. ********************* is the main claim representative we have been dealing with. Communication has been extremely poor. They tend to blame the adjusters they hire independently most of the time. Since they hire the adjusters themselves, I guess they just hire companies who have low standards. Which is only a reflection of the way they do business. We are dropping all of our policies with The Concord Group. We would strongly encourage others not to do business with this company!

      Concord Group goes above and beyond. Employee Michelle B***** is top notch! Michelle knows her stuff. She gets back in touch with you immediately. She directs you perfectly in next steps! Michelle handles a tough situation so well we were so relieved to have her in one of our accidents. We have had insurance with Concord Group for over 30 years. Whenever something has happened they are right there to guide you through the process. They are urgent in all that they do. The claims we have filed have been handled immediately! They are there for you when things can go south fast!
      We are so thankful for this company! They bundle your insurance and save you a ton! We go through Marshall Insurance and Justin is another favorite he is so helpful and returns calls immediately with all the information and more!
      Do not waste you money anywhere else this is the company to have your insurance through!

      The Concord Group is NOT our families insurance provider. Our daughter was rear ended by one of their clients recently and they have been quite difficult to work with. Their client was found liable yet they have been dragging their feet regarding repairs for our vehicle as well as stating they will not cover a rental vehicle for us. Our car has been in “limbo” at our auto body shop waiting for their approval and check to begin repairs. It has been there for almost two weeks and they are fighting us about continuing to cover a rental car for our family. We did not cause this accident and yet their representative is quite short tempered with us and as well as being disrespectful to our body shop who has a stellar reputation and has been a family owned and run business for decades. I noticed that several other people have commented on here, as well as other sites stating that they too were rear ended by one of Concord Groups customers and received poor service as well. My husband and I never had such a challenging experience in all of our years with dealing with a car insurance companies. It doesn’t have to be this difficult. They need to reassess their corporate mission statement and customer facing processes for insurance agents. We are extremely disappointed by their lack of professionalism and support.
      All we would like is for our vehicle to be repaired and have a rental vehicle to use while it is getting repaired. This doesn’t have to be as complicated as they are letting it be. We were not at fault and their customer was. As I write this our vehicle is still waiting for its repairs… and they are saying we will no longer have access to a rental vehicle as of this Friday. This is an issue.

      I am not a customer, but one of their clients hit my car. I received two phone calls in the first week, which I missed since I was working. I opened a claim with my own insurance, which forwarded the information to Concord. I called and left 4 or 5 messages for them to call me back. Finally talked to an actual person, to send my rep Victoria a message to CALL me back. I also had to send an email in their website, documenting that it was taking TWO weeks to even talk to me. When she finally did, with the excuse that she "forgot" to call me earlier, she sent an accident report and an appraiser.
      Later, Victoria called to say that their client denies responsibility - even though she verbally admitted fault at the scene. So they will send me a denial.
      The lack of professionalism in not returning calls or making progress in a timely manner is unacceptable. I will be going through my own insurance, and possibly threatening Concord with a law suite, to get this resolved. Outrageous.
