    Purchased an item about a month ago and received confirmation. Now I still havent received a shipping date and no one has responded to my multiple emails and phone calls. Item said it was in stock.

    We should hopefully have a resolution with the customer now. Our plater of our product took over 5 weeks to coat the parts which typically takes 1 week or less. We also moved into a brand new facility over the last 2 months and this order unfortunately got delayed from that. We have reached out to the customer offering multiple solutions of options for a full or partial refund as well as to still ship the product.

    Two days ago I spent $897 on the matrix arms website for a pistol frame. Whenever I placed the order the website told me there was an error with the order , but i was charged anyway. I called them yesterday to verify that the order went through and they told me that it did. However when I asked about the compatibility of the pistol frame to the pistol I have I realized I ordered the wrong thing so i requested that they cancel it. Today I called and emailed multiple times and no one will pick up the phone. Im still waiting for them to cancel the order when I initially paced the order utilizing the next day shipping method. I simply want them to cancel the order and start the process of issuing me a refund. I didnt receive a tracking number or any form of confirmation for a purchase or return from the company.

    Hello, Mr. ****** placed this order as he mentioned on January 5th at approx 6PM. He sent 2 emails over the 2 day weekend while we were not in the office letting us know he misread the description and ordered the wrong part. On Monday when we got his email we submit a refund in full before he even submitted this complaint. He has confirmed he did get his refund already.
