  *** and team were very helpful during this stressful time. In Dec ***************************************** *********, **. I found ***** info on ****** and after talking with him I felt very comfortable and knew him and his team were the right folks to help me. Living in a different state *** was able to get the court to agree to let me appear via phone, he reached out to attorneys in my home state to see how I would be affected at home. *** and his team were always available to answer my questions and communicated clearly every step of the way. In March 2025 my DUI case got decreased to a reckless driving charge. This was an amazing unusual outcome and I never would have been able to get this without *** and his team. Thank you for all you did! I definitely recommend *** and his team for your legal needs.

  In September 2024, I received notice of a professional ethics complaint against my medical license before the **************************************************************** (OPLC). I retained Attorney **** and her team to represent me in what was essentially a civil ethics matter. By November 2024, Attorney **** had successfully negotiated a settlement that preserved my professional standing and left no significant marks on my record.Throughout the process, Attorney **** was exceptionally helpful, maintaining clear and consistent communication. She promptly returned my phone calls and emails, keeping me up-to-date every step of the way.   We retained *** Lothstein for a very thorny aggravated DUI that probably should have put this violator in county jail for a year. *** did his homework, listened to his client and presented a very strong case for why this young man should be given some latitude and leniency. He was right and the leniency was justified, but we couldn't have conveyed that as convincingly as *** did. I can easily use the word "advocate" when describing ***.

  I was convicted in a NH Superior court in 2021 on multiple felonies. My family and engaged Attorney Lothstein to appeal the decision in 2022 and in 2023 the conviction was overturned. Throughout the whole process Attorney Lothstein was professional and efficient. We are grateful beyond words to Ted and his staff for literally changing our lives.

  Back in 2019 I was falsely accused of committing a crime. The subsequent police investigations resulted in my arrest and eventually a wrongful conviction. The criminal attorney who represented me throughout the ordeal highly recommended attorney L******** and his law firm to do the appeal.
  The trial transcripts and all of the other required documentation were gathered and submitted, and Lothstein and Guerriero went to work. The case was accepted by the NH Supreme Court, and oral arguments were heard in the fall of 2022. I was able to attend the oral arguments, and watching attorney L******** in action was an absolute privilege. Attorney L******** had previously explained the percentages of successful appeals to me, but I left the oral arguments feeling very, very, hopeful. On March 30, 2023, I received word that the conviction was reversed and remanded back to the Superior Court where the trial was conducted. The opinion that the Supreme Court issued was a very strong, concise, and unanimous decision. It is a decision that will be cited in motions and briefs far into the future, and will hopefully help prevent future wrongful convictions due to the law created in our case. It also gave the State of New Hampshire really no choice on their next action, as evidenced by the verbiage on the Notice of Nolle that we received from the Superior Court: “Given Supreme Court Order of reverse and remand, the State is not pursuing this charge.”
  These results were not achieved by accident. The dedication given to this case by attorney L******** and his entire legal staff was incredible. From day one I was treated as a person as opposed to just a client. The victory that we celebrated in the following days was an extremely hard, well fought, and justly deserved one that has been instrumental in helping me “recover” from a nightmare that continued for only several weeks shy of four very long years.
