    I paid Order of Events over $2200 for bartending services and day of wedding coordination on May 27th 2023. Throughout the entire process Candace was rude and unprofessional. She was in charge of the event timeline and coordination and consistently mess up.
    -She ruined the ceremony by messing up timing and the order of our groomsmen
    -She did not have champagne ready for the champagne toast
    -Her communication was lacking and she consistently did not get me, the venue or other vendors what they needed for my event
    -She got all my quantities wrong for the bar so I ran out of beer and had no wine
    -She wasted my money on appetizers because she never told the caterer to deliver the appetizers to the cocktail hour like she promised the caterer
    -Her bartenders did not hand out the items I purchased for guests so I wasted a lot of money

    Following the wedding my other vendors reached out to me and let me know that Candace said unkind things about me.

    I sent Candace an email following my wedding explaining all the issues and she denied everything and blamed me even though I hired her to handle the coordination! She says she tried to call, email and text me to resolve issues but I received none of those. I then left her reviews on The Knot, Wedding Wire and Facebook, so that other brides know that experience that I had but she has disputed every single review and reached out to me and was so rude. My Mother in Law, Sister and Fiancé had also written reviews at their own accord and she reported all of those as well.

    Candace is running a unprofessional business, ruined my wedding and refuses to give me the partial refund I requested. She ruined our wedding pictures because of the groomsmen error so I am either asking for a refund of her coordination or for her to cover the expenses of redoing our wedding photos.

    Hi *******, 

    Again, I apologize to you that you did not get the day you were dreaming of. This definitely was not the outcome we wanted, unfortunately my outlook on your wedding is different than yours & perception is reality. The reality is that your trolley being an hour late for your wedding caused your entire timeline we built to go down the drain. Things unfortunately did not go per the timeline and myself and your other vendors did everything we could to fix that. There were a a couple of hiccups along the way, as expected, as things were crazy. I had gone to you with everything the day of and gave you an explanation and an apology the day of, as well as later in our emails. 

    I have responded to all of your emails, responded to every point you had sent, gave you immense apologies and tried to explain everything the best I could have. I proceeded to also call you and text you, hoping we could schedule a call together as, at first, I thought you possibly were not picking up my tone in the email, as text is very difficult, to which you declined to speak to me.

    I have been nothing but kind to you throughout the process, giving you leniency with your deposit and payments, gave you discounts, and even provided free services because I had the mentality that "things happen, I love people". I worked with you when the multiple meetings we had scheduled were cancelled the day of. I went above and beyond, offered you more time than what was originally contracted, and truly worked my butt off the day of your wedding, doing everything I could physically do to bring your wedding back together. I also have written statements from others who also worked your wedding. 

    In the end, I am very sorry that you did not get the wedding of your dreams, but at the end of it all, I've done everything I can to try to help you from wedding day until now. I do not believe that I deserve you trying to dismantle my livelihood over events that were out of my control. 

    I wish you and *** both a lifetime of happiness.

    I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because she did not provide a resolution, my reviews were deleted, her friend harassed me online and now she is seeking legal recourse.
