    On November 8th 2022, I decided that our 4 year old son will go to Primrose School of Exeter for K-Prep. I was asked to pay 510 USD and in case i changed my mind, i could get 360 USD back as a refund but not the application fee of 150 USD and that made sense.

    Fast forward to this April, we decided for our son to stay at ****** ******** at Timberland (great school by the way) and therefore I asked to be refunded the 360 USD. They agreed and told me they will refund the money. A week later i called them as I had not received anything and they said, they did it and they will email me info about it. A week later i called again and they said the same thing, i called couple more times and then i went to the school, where the owner gave me a post-it with a reference number and told me they did their part and my bank needs to figure it out. I contacted my bank more than two times and nothing had reached my account.

    Last week (Monday) I asked Primrose to please check with their bank as I have not received anything and as far as I am concerned there is no refund, and I have not heard from them. I have not received anything and they are constantly acting like it is not their problem. All I want is the refund.

    I have attached the post-it they gave me with a meaningless reference number from their bank
    and I also have attached the email exchange with them (starting from the top with me asking them to figure out what has happened with their bank) where you can see that they are telling me it is my problem now to figure out where the money is.

    Also, I have attached my credit card statements that show there has been no refund.
