Two attempts with two different recruiters and both were an unprofessional hot mess. This company is not worth your time and effort. I will never apply to a Goodwin ad again!

Blanca and the Team have been extremely supportive & Professional!
I had decided to leave the Commercial Construction Consulting due to the decline of clients hiring directly. Goodwin Recruiting presented a very fitting role with GSI Construction. The team matched my skills set with the company needs and role. My acceptance offer was then presented in a very professional manner. The team with Goodwin Recruiting has very transparent operations of communication. Throughout the entire process which was very quick. I talked to one of their recruiters today. Very unprofessional! He forgot to send me the zoom link, changed the interview time twice, and then proceeded to insult me all throughout the interview.
He told me I'm not "good enough" because I have a PhD and the position requires a masters degree! He told me PhDs come with a lot of attitude and are not willing to work. It's amazing that he decided to interview me knowing I have a phd to then say these stuff to me in my opinion.
He also did not have the full job description he was interviewing for and knew nothing about the project I was supposed to work on. He told me to look at the company's website to find that myself even though the company does a lot of different stuff based on their website.
It's incredible that these people decide if you get a job after 20 years of education!Goodwin Recruiting
